What is Days We Miss?
Days We Miss is a digital remembrance project for the people we wish we could spend just one more day with.
Each dedication represents one symbolic extra day with someone you've lost and becomes part of the worldwide Days We Miss total.
What do I receive for £3.99?
You'll receive a personalised digital remembrance certificate featuring the name you provide and a unique Days We Miss Day number.
You can download your certificate to keep, print or share with family and friends.
Your dedication also adds one day to the worldwide Days We Miss total.
Is £3.99 a one-off payment?
Yes. £3.99 is a one-off payment. There is no subscription.
Is this a real calendar day?
No. Your dedication is entirely symbolic.
You are not purchasing, owning or registering an actual calendar date. Your Day number represents your dedication's unique place within the Days We Miss project.
What is my unique Day number?
Each completed dedication is given its own sequential number.
For example, if yours is the 1,248th dedication, your remembrance certificate would display:
DAY #001248
Your dedication would also increase the worldwide Days We Miss total by one.
What name can I use?
You can use the name or nickname by which you remember the person, such as David, Mum, Dad, Nan or Grandad.
Please only enter something you are comfortable having displayed on your remembrance certificate.
Will the name I enter be displayed publicly?
No, not by default.
Your remembrance certificate is created for you. Other visitors will see the overall Days We Miss total rather than a public directory of names.
You can choose to share your own certificate afterwards.
Can I dedicate a day to a pet?
Yes.
The important thing is that you're remembering someone who mattered to you. Days We Miss can include much-loved pets too.
Do I receive anything in the post?
No. Days We Miss is a digital product.
Nothing physical will be posted to you.
Can I print my certificate?
Yes. Your digital remembrance certificate can be saved and printed for your own personal use.
How will I receive my certificate?
After successful payment, your personalised remembrance certificate will be made available digitally.
Can I buy more than one dedication?
Yes. If there is more than one person you'd like to remember, you can make a separate dedication for each person. Each completed dedication receives its own unique Day number.
Can I change a name after I've paid?
If you've made a genuine spelling mistake, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I get a refund?
Because the personalised digital remembrance is created specifically from the information you provide, refund rights can differ from ordinary physical purchases.
Is Days We Miss a charity?
No. Days We Miss is not a charity and your £3.99 payment is not a charitable donation.
It is payment for a personalised digital remembrance product and participation in the Days We Miss project.
Does my £3.99 pay for a real-world memorial, tree or charitable donation?
No. Days We Miss provides a symbolic digital dedication and personalised digital remembrance certificate.
No physical memorial or tree is created, and your payment is not a charitable donation.
Who is Days We Miss for?
Anyone who wants a small and meaningful way to remember someone they miss.
There is no requirement to follow a particular religion or belief. Days We Miss is for everyone.
